STEP ONE

RESEARCH & PLANNING

  • Phone interview to discuss vision for the project - general estimate range discussed

  • In-home meeting to further discuss vision and scope of work. We'll discuss options and solutions toward vision

  • Follow-up with free budget range and scope of work

STEP TWO

PROJECT DESIGN DIRECTION

  • Collect design fee which is based on project and scope of work $500 - $1500

  • Take measurements and recreate the original plan, then create a design concept based on what was discussed during the in-home meeting.

  • We'll work together on the design to ensure that it captures your vision. We produce 2D and 3D renderings based on the design direction that allows you to visualize your project completion.

  • Provide a full estimate based on scope of work and detailing allowances for product selection

STEP THREE

CONTRACT & PRODUCT SELECTIONS

  • Sign Construction Contract based on design, scope of work, and allowances. Collect $2000 down payment for initial project scheduling - this applies to the total cost of the project.

  • Set up a shopping day! We'll set up a day to make the product selections together or you can do this independently. This includes products like cabinets, countertops, lighting fixtures, flooring, paint, tile, etc.

  • Submit all product selections, plug into the estimate, and finalize budget.

  • Collect project 1st payment and order selected products. 

  • Project start date can be scheduled

STEP FOUR

CONSTRUCTION BEGINS

  • Permits and project planning are 100% complete and we are ready to begin the work.

  • Continued meetings and communications based on project needs

STEP FIVE

PROJECT COMPLETION

  • A completion walk-through and punch list are conducted to ensure the project is finalized

  • A Completion Folder is provided with any drawings, product/selection information, and final paid invoice

  • Enjoy your vision realized!
