1. Keep things off the floor. Don't use throw rugs.
2. Keep all electrical cords tucked away.
3. Never enter a dark room.
4. Use nights lights (bath room, bed room, hall, etc.)
5. Keep floors dry and don't use wax.
6. Install handrails on each side of the stairs.
7. Put away clutter, remove chairs, tables and other furniture you don't use.
